Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Scope
These policies apply to all bookings made directly through Villa Anna & Snake or through our website.

2. Standard Cancellation Policy

• Up to 30 days before arrival: 100% refund

• Up to 8 days before arrival: 50% refund

• From 7 days before arrival or no-show: No refund

3. Special rates & promotions

• No refunds are available for special offers, early bird discounts, or non-refundable fares.

• These rates are clearly marked when booking.

4. Cancellation procedure

• Cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@villa-anna-snake.com

• The date on which we receive the notification is decisive.

5. Refunds

• Refunds will be made within 14 business days of confirmation of cancellation.

• Refunds will only be made using the original payment method.

6. Force majeure
In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or similar events, we reserve the right to grant flexible cancellation terms. However, there is no entitlement to this.

7. Rebookings
In consultation, an existing booking can be moved to another period. There is no guarantee that this will be possible.
