Terms and Conditions

1. Contracting Parties
The following terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between the guest (“customer”) and Villa Anna & Snake.

2. Conclusion of Contract

• By making a booking, the customer submits a binding offer.
• The contract is concluded upon written confirmation of the booking.

3. Services

• The scope of services is specified in the booking confirmation.
• Any additional agreements must be made in writing.

4. Prices & payment terms

• Prices are final prices in euros, unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are due in accordance with the booking confirmation.
• In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

5. Arrival & Departure

• Check-in from 2 pm on the day of arrival.
• Check-out by 11 am on the day of departure
• Early arrivals or late departures only by arrangement

6. Customer obligations

• The customer undertakes to treat the accommodation and its contents with care.
• Any damage must be reported immediately and compensated for.
• Pets are only allowed with prior consent.
• Subletting is prohibited.

7. House rules

• The house rules are part of the contract.
• Violations may result in immediate termination of the contract.

8. Liability

• The provider is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
• No liability is accepted for guests’ personal belongings.
• Liability claims against third-party providers (e.g., excursions, transfers) are excluded.

9. Cancellations
The provisions of the cancellation and refund policy apply.

10. Force majeure
In the event of unforeseeable events (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), there is no entitlement to performance or compensation.

11. Data protection
The separate privacy policy applies.

12. Place of jurisdiction & law
The law of the Arab Republic of Egypt applies. The place of jurisdiction is Hurghada, to the extent permitted by law.
